Arvada Art Studio Tour Call For Entry
Thanks for your interest in the Art Studio Tour! A couple of key points about requirements, submitting, and approval:
- This is a 'juried' selection process, your application will be reviewed! We definitely want to grow the tour, but
artists need to be a good fit.
- Previous tour artists - please reach out to Judi (303 424-3860) to see if this call for entry is needed.
- If you are interested, there's no cost to submit your application using the form below.
- We will respond in 2-3 business days to talk through the process and learn more about your art.
- If accepted, the payment, headshot and supporting documents will be due on May 13, 2026.
- Accepted artists will gather on September 18th for a kickoff party.
- We are working on an idea for a progressive pot luck so artists can see each other's work!
- If accepted to the tour, you permit us to use your images on our website and social media, for the purposes of publicity.

Statement of Liability
I, the undersigned participating artist, take full responsibility for insurance coverage, loss of property,
or injury of any kind that may occur in my studio or on my property or the property I use for the Tour and I
shall indemnify and defend the Arvada Art Studio Tour from any such loss of liability. I agree to abide by all
the rules set forth herein. The Arvada Art Studio Tour assumes no responsibility for the safety of my art,
my display, my person or my agents resulting from any cause including my negligence or the negligence of
others and I hold the Arvada Art Studio Tour harmless from any loss or injury. Submission of the application
constitutes an agreement on the part of the applicant to rules and conditions set forth in this document and
otherwise established for the Tour. If I am accepted into the Arvada Art Studio Tour, I grant permission to
use images of my work for publicity purposes and certify that I own the appropriate copyrights to grant this
permission.
Eligibility
The ARVADA ART STUDIO TOUR is a juried event open to artists working in all media whose studios have an Arvada, CO address.
We are looking for high quality, creative, professional work. Artists must exhibit their own work- no imports,
work from kits, or manufactured products will be allowed, with the exception of promotional products such as
coffee mugs, T-shirts, notecards, etc. featuring the artist's work.
Artists whose studio space is not accessible to the public or who are not comfortable hosting such an event in their
homes may find alternative space to exhibit their work in Arvada.
A group of artists may exhibit at a single studio, but each artist needs to submit materials for tour acceptance
and pay an entry fee.
How to Enter
Fill out the online form below and submit. Email three (high resolution) images of representative work to arvadaartstudiotour@gmail.com.
Cost
If accepted for the tour, there is a participation fee to cover tour costs. This year's fee is $100 for individual
artists, $150 for group studios with $35 per artist who wants an individual listing in the brochure/website.
Artists receive an individual listing on the tour website with a link to their own website, as well as an
individual half page listing on the tour booklet and map. All artists will receive booklets for promoting
the tour and yard signs to direct visitors. Your active participation in promoting the tour for yourself and the other
artists is mandatory!
Sales Commissions
The Arvada Art Studio Tour does not charge any commission on sales.
Sales Tax
Artists are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable sale taxes for any sales that occur during the tour.
Judging
The Jurors will review the call for entry and images. In the event your call for entry is accepted, a visit to
your studio will be scheduled to view your work and studio space in person in order to provide final approval.
